I'm Karl Konicz — founder and owner of the Circle Group of companies and principal consultant at Next Horizon Consulting. My background isn't in classrooms or case studies, it's in the day-to-day reality of building and scaling businesses across multiple sectors in competitive UK markets.

Across the Circle Group I've built and operated businesses in security services, property, facilities management, franchising, and training and development. Each one built from scratch. That breadth of real operational experience is what I bring to clients through Next Horizon Consulting — whether they need strategy, process improvement, leadership development, or simply someone who's been in the same position and knows the way out.
