Who this is for
People who have moved from doing the work to being responsible for the people who do it, and found that nobody prepared them for the second job. Founders who are the bottleneck in their own business. Directors managing a team for the first time. Owners who are good at the trade and tired of the firefighting.
What we do
- One-to-one, weekly, structured. Sixty minutes, online or in person, with a clear objective for each session and one task to complete before the next.
- Work on the real decisions. Not hypotheticals. The hire you're avoiding, the client you can't say no to, the number you don't want to look at. We take them in turn.
- Delegation and control. Most owners cannot let go because they have never built anything that lets them. We build it: the process, the person, and the confidence.
- The mindset alongside the mechanics. Every session closes with a question about who you're becoming as a business owner, because the business can only grow as far as you do.
What you leave with
A way of making decisions you can explain, a team that knows what's expected without being told twice, and fewer weeks that end in exhaustion. Owners often describe it as getting their evenings back.
