Personal brand building.
In today's market, people buy from people they trust, and your personal brand is often the most underused asset in your business. I help founders and directors build a credible, visible presence, online and offline, that opens doors and attracts clients.
Who this is for
Owners who are excellent at what they do and invisible to everyone who hasn't already hired them. Founders whose business has grown only through people they already knew. Directors who leave networking events with a pocket full of cards and nothing to show for it, or who avoid the events altogether.
What we do
- Decide who is worth knowing. Not everyone. The people and organisations that can refer work, partner, or buy. We map them and ignore the rest.
- Have something to say. A clear answer to "what do you do" that names the problem you solve, not the service you sell. Rehearsed until it's yours.
- Choose the rooms. Referral groups, sector bodies, LinkedIn, the chamber, your own community. Each with a purpose, none by habit.
- Follow up like it matters. The part everyone skips. A simple system for who you met, what you discussed and when to get back in touch, worked until it's a weekly habit.
- Give before asking. Introductions for other people, without expecting return. It is how trust is built in a new market.
What you leave with
A reputation that arrives before you do. In practice: a defined network you are actively part of, a way of talking about your business that people repeat to others, and a steady flow of work that comes from relationships rather than luck.
