Who this is for
Owners and leadership teams whose business has stopped growing and who can't quite say why. The order book is fine, the people are good, and the numbers have flattened. Or the opposite: everything is growing at once and nobody is sure which parts to protect and which to let go.
What we do
- Diagnose before prescribing. Market positioning, financial structure, priorities, the next step. Usually the block is one of these and the business has been treating it as another.
- Separate signal from noise. Most businesses have too many priorities. We find the two or three that actually move the numbers and put the rest down.
- Build the plan in the room. Not a forty-page document. A prioritised roadmap with real timelines, named owners and outcomes you can measure.
- Stay through delivery. I stay involved until the plan is embedded and holding, and course-correct with you when reality pushes back.
What you leave with
A clear, written view of what is actually blocking growth, a ninety-day plan with owners and dates against it, and a leadership team that agrees on the order things get done in. That last part is usually the one that was missing.
